• Avoid exposing the products to direct flames or sudden temperature changes;
• Avoid hitting against other hard surfaces and use napkins to separate tableware when storing;
• Porcelain is microwave safe, unless includes precious metal decoration;
• Tableware is dishwasher safe. Use dishwasher with extra care if precious metal are present (max 50?C / 120?F). Always use a liquid / gel detergent;
• Tea and coffee stains can be removed with a nonaggressive abrasive or with a solution of 1 part varichin and 8 parts water;
• Precious metals contain a percentage of silver that forms a patina over time, which can be removed by wiping with a soft cloth and a specific product;
